The department is open Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 4.30pm.

The department is wheelchair accessible and disabled toilets are available.

Reception is located directly in front of you when you enter the building, please check in using the self check in screen available, or if this is not working please see the receptionist when you arrive.

There is a water fountain available on site.
