If you’re already under the care of our service, you can contact us any time you need advice or support. There’s no need to wait for us to contact you.

We encourage you to get in touch if:

  • Your condition changes, or you experience worsening symptoms.
  • You have a new episode or symptom linked to your condition.
  • You need advice, reassurance or support (please note that we are not an emergency service).
  • If you need urgent medical help, please contact your GP, call NHS 111, or in an emergency, dial 999.
