There is free parking on site. The Herbert Matthes block is located to the right-hand side of the main car park as you enter from Northgate Street. There are spaces for Blue Badge holders at the front of the department.

The department is open Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 4.30pm. 

The department is wheelchair accessible.

Accessible toilets are available.

Please note there are no refreshments available on-site.
